Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for Seedlight and Family AI services operated by DRAGONCORE LIMITED.
Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise required by law.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want the next recurring charge to be processed.
Refunds
Because the service provides digital subscription access that begins shortly after purchase, fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law, or where a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge is verified.
Billing errors
If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized, contact support@seedlight.app promptly with the email address used for billing and any relevant checkout or invoice details.
How refund reviews are handled
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval, partial refund, or rejection may depend on the billing history, whether access was provisioned, and any legal consumer rights that apply to your jurisdiction.
