Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to Seedlight and Family AI services operated by DRAGONCORE LIMITED.
Service scope
Seedlight provides subscription-based family education support services, including hosted APIs, supported client integrations, and related guidance workflows.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to subscribe to and use the service on behalf of yourself or your family.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Payment processing and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Access changes may take a short time to sync after checkout, renewal, cancellation, or payment updates.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
- Do not share credentials or subscription access in ways not permitted by the service.
Educational guidance
Family AI provides educational support tools and generated guidance. It does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or safeguarding advice, and should be reviewed by a parent or guardian where appropriate.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or improve parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during beta or rollout phases.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially violated, if payments fail and are not resolved, or if continued access would create legal or security risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedlight and DRAGONCORE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
